Bharat OS website उपयोग करके आप इन terms से सहमत होते हैं।

Permitted use

Resources को personal learning और lawful practical use के लिए पढ़ा, copy और adapt किया जा सकता है। Content को misleading तरीके से Bharat OS की official endorsement बताकर प्रस्तुत न करें।

Prohibited use

Fraud, impersonation, phishing, malware या unlawful surveillance
किसी की privacy, intellectual property या safety को नुकसान
Website security bypass या automated abuse
Prompt को harmful या illegal purpose के लिए उपयोग करना

Accuracy

AI outputs गलत, incomplete या outdated हो सकते हैं। Medical, legal, financial, educational-board या government-service information को official source से verify करें।

Availability

Content कभी भी update, expire, archive या remove किया जा सकता है। Website uninterrupted रहने की guarantee नहीं है।

Third-party services

OpenAI, Google, YouTube और अन्य नाम/marks उनके respective owners की property हैं। Bharat OS अपनी official website है, लेकिन third-party products के साथ sponsorship या endorsement केवल तब माना जाएगा जब स्पष्ट रूप से लिखा हो।
