Bharat OS केवल उतनी जानकारी collect करता है जितनी website चलाने, contact message प्राप्त करने, security और abuse prevention के लिए आवश्यक है।
कौन-सी जानकारी process हो सकती है?
- Contact form में दिया नाम, email, subject और message
- Security के लिए raw IP की जगह salted/secret hash
- Browser user-agent
- Admin login और audit records
- Prompt page के aggregate views/copy counts
क्या collect नहीं किया जाता?
Public users के लिए account, payment, OTP, Aadhaar number, bank details या unnecessary sensitive information की आवश्यकता नहीं है। ऐसी जानकारी contact form में न भेजें।
उपयोग
Data का उपयोग message का उत्तर देने, website security, fraud prevention, corrections और service improvement के लिए किया जाता है।
Retention
Contact messages और security records आवश्यकता तथा applicable legal obligations के अनुसार सीमित अवधि तक रखे जा सकते हैं। Admin उन्हें delete कर सकता है।
आपके अधिकार
Access, correction या deletion request contact form से भेजी जा सकती है। पहचान verify करने के लिए सीमित अतिरिक्त जानकारी माँगी जा सकती है।
भारत के कानून
यह policy Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 और Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 के सिद्धांतों को ध्यान में रखकर बनाई गई है।
